This place is pretty special. It’s definitely a cool, urban stay in the Arts District. Positive: This apartment looks exactly like the photos and oozes charm. It was clean, spacious and centrally located. Management was attentive and accessible. The beds were quite comfortable too. The porch is great for coffee and conversation and a little people-watching as well. There’s a lot to love about this place. If you want a more relaxed and homey alternative to a hotel, this is the rental for you. Each of my friends who visited (locals) said, “oh yeah. I could live here.” Negative: While the area is safe, the parking lot can get a bit dodgy at night. You might have to fend off folks asking for money. It’s fine, but if you are a woman traveling alone, stay aware of your surroundings.
