Chic & Vibrant Dtwn Apartment

Great stay!

Positive: The unit was chic. Negative: I didn't like the fact that the description said there were futons (3) in each bedroom(3). That was a lie. For that reason, we had 6 family members staying together for a funeral. Unfortunately, the accommodations didn't work because there were no futons, and the price increased based on the number of occupants. I spoke with Owen as soon as I checked in on September 18th and informed him of the situation. He said that it was Booking.com's description, not his, and if Booking.com didn't compensate me, then he would. It is now October 30th, and the matter is still not resolved. We had to get a hotel room and incur additional expenses due to false advertising.

This property was modern and esthetically pleasing. It was conveniently located close to the Peace Bridge, Elmwood Village, and the Theatre District. The onsite parking and proximity to restaurants/markets were a plus, and communication with the host was a breeze! It made our winter vacay enjoyable and we would definitely stay there again!!

Positive: Very high quality apartment. On site off road parking. Excellent location, close to city and easy access to interstate. Negative: Air conditioning was a bit noisy.
