Trendy Two-Level Apartment: Dtwn Buffalo

Rental inside was as advertised. Great space - clean, modern and well maintained. Neighbourhood, however not the best.

Everything inside was clean, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s a great location in a Hispanic area of town, also near a university. There a couple great pizza joints nearby. It’s only a 5 minute drive to downtown. Parking can be a challenge if to have more than 2 cars. We did accidentally get blocked in one morning but the owner handled it very quickly.

This place was good for our short family stay in Buffalo: easy check in, good communication, ample free parking (driveway/street); comfy beds; bodega right next door and a grocery store down the road. We had no issues with neighborhood noise (though as with many multi-units much depends on how loud the people above you are!) One thing to note that wasn't clear to me from the listing/other reviews: the living room space is located in the basement, separate from the kitchen/eating area. For us, this meant that we didn't make use of it, as basements are not especially welcoming. Not a dealbreaker by any means, especially if you're mostly looking for a convenient space to sleep, but something to be aware of!

Great stay downtown for me and friends in town for a Bills game. Very cool home, rooms as very nice. Right next to a mini mart for any supplies that are needed, and some great local hispanic food just nearby.

This is a great location. You are 5-10 minutes from anything located in the city.You're 25 minutes from a Bill's game and 15 minutes to a large shopping mall and plazas.. The Peace Bridge to Canada is 2 blocks away and you can get to Niagara Falls in 30 minutes. The apartment is as advertised.
